Hello, we are Jim & Lisa Shaw, owners/operators of Cedar Farm, a small grass-based sustainable farm located outside Tulsa, OK, and home to the grass-fed cattle and Tamworth hogs we raise and sell. Although our operation is not certified organic, we maximize our use of organic methods while maintaining the Cedar Farm motto "Know Your Farmer." We utilize all local and home-raised feeds, as much as possible, to control what goes into your food from beginning to end. Relationships are important in building trust. For this reason, we invite customers to come to the farm to observe the feeding and care of our animals in order to make an informed (and easy) choice in favor of our quality products.
